Join a Nature Consortium Work Party!
You and your fellow volunteers can participate in fun, hands-on conservation work led by Nature Consortium staff on any Tuesday or Saturday in West Seattle. Most work parties involve removing invasive weeds and mulching. Planting occurs in fall and winter. As part of our mission to connect people, arts, and nature, Nature Consortium hires live musicians to play in the woods during many of our work parties.
Registration is required.

Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Events are subject to cancellation or location change. Directions will be sent to you via email on the day before the work party.
What to Bring
Working out in the elements requires the right apparel. Long pants and closed-toed shoes are required, even in the summer. Bring a full water bottle. We will have water available for refills. Tools, gloves, and training will be provided. We also provide granola bars, but please feel free to bring a lunch as well. All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a Youth Waiver Form before participating in their first work party.
Launch a PDF of directions to various restoration volunteer event locations.
